JDCF-66/JDCF-126 voltage transformer is used to convert the high voltage into 100V or lower standard secondary voltage in proportion for protection, metering and instrumentation. At the same time, the use of voltage transformers can isolate high voltage from electrical workers.

Product Parameters

It is cascade structure, which the primary winding has two (220/230kV is four)grades, winding surrounded on core column

of one (220/230kV is two)single phasetwo-limb core. It will be immersed in transformer oil after desiccating undervacuum. It has

advantages of stable and reliable performance of insulation, richoperated experience, long service life and convenient maintenance.

Perfect fluidity performance of transformer oil is good for heat dissipation, it alsohas self restoring capacity for the failure of

partial discharge caused by air bubbleand dust.

It has three secondary winding, whose measuring and protective winding are separate.

Hermetically sealed stainless steel metallic bellows is installed on the top, whichcan protect the transformer oil and

insulation paper from moisture and extend thelife time, also there is a oil level gauge on the bellows for observing the change ofoil

volume.

There is a multi function oil drain valve on the base, which makes it moreconvenient for oil sampling, draining and refilling.

All adopted insulation parts are environmental protection materials.

Secondary terminal board is made of epoxy casting, the seal performance is morereliable.

The base uses spray painting or hot galvanizing, which gives a high degree ofcorrosion resistance.
