Product Description

 

The series of electric control box is appliable to the environment of underground coal mine and surrounding medium containing methane, coal dust and ther explosive mixture gases. In the power supply system with rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 1140V and 660V, multiple motors with total current of less than 190A can be controlled separately and sequentially, and PLC logic control can also be added to provide small capacity of 127V, 36V and 24V lighting siganl power supply, and protect each load and power supply line. The automatic control of power supply equipment can be realized by configuring it in the mine monitoring and control sysrem.

Main Features

Two-way control
The vacuum contactor and other main components are used for two-way control, and are installed in the flameproof main chamber with the main components such as the reversing switch, current transformer and transformer. The display and control components are installed on the front door control panel. The main circuit is separated from the control circuit, and the components are highly interchangeable, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Two-way protection
Advanced mircocomputer intelligent protector is adopted. Each circuit has multiple protection functions such as overload, short-circuit, leakage lockout, undervoltage, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, gas lockout, wind power lockout, etc., and PLC can be added to realize logic control.

Color display
Full Chinese LCD color display, dynamic startup screen, real-time monitoring and display of voltage, three-phase current, fault type, parameter and time, and fault memory and query function.

Four remote functions
The parameter steeing can be set locally by pressing the key on the side of the screen, or can be set remotely by RS-485 interface, or Ethernet, optical fiber (optional) and communication with the upper computer of the monitoring system. The remote start and stop can realize the "four remote" function to achieve unattended substation.

Quick-opening mechanism
The shell adopts the patented screw door opening mechanism, and is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking, electrical locking, manual tripping and other devices.
