Product Description
25X transformer oil is made of moderately refined low viscosity, low pour point, low sulfur content cycloalkyl base oil with high-quality antioxidant additives. It has the characteristics of rapid heat transfer, good oxidation stability, excellent electrical properties, etc. The product performance is stable and reliable, produced under strict quality control procedures, and the product resources are fixed.

Main Features
1. Excellent electrical insulation performance, high breakdown voltage, small dielectric loss factor, effectively prevent discharge phenomenon and power loss under high voltage electric field, meet demanding insulation performance requirements;
2. Good thermal stability and oxidation stability, no hydrogen is generated under low heat, and acid and sludge formation can be prevented during use, extending the service life of electrical equipment and reducing maintenance costs;
3. Low viscosity, good low temperature performance, providing effective cooling and heat transfer, low temperature start-up performance and filtering performance;
4. The content of cycloalkane and aromatic hydrocarbons is appropriate to ensure the dissolution of sludge formed during the operation of electrical equipment, avoid damage to insulation materials and affect heat transfer;
5. Environmentally friendly, does not contain any polychlorinated biphenyls, does not contain DBDS corrosive sulfides, and has passed the following harsh sulfur corrosion methods: ASTMD1275B, IEC62535, DIN51353, avoiding corrosion of transformer metal insulation materials, and will not cause cuprous sulfide (CuS) to be deposited on the insulation paper to reduce electrical insulation performance, thereby reducing the potential for equipment failure.
