The 220kV transformer is a high-voltage oil-immersed transformer with a core-type structure. It can be classified by phase number into single-phase transformers and three-phase transformers; by voltage regulation method into on-load tap-changing transformers and no-load tap-changing transformers; by winding coupling method into power transformers and autotransformers; by the number of windings into double-winding, three-winding, and three-winding plus balance winding transformers. Additionally, it includes special types such as split transformers and combined transformers. The product is designed according to IEC international standards, IEEE standards, and current national standards.

Reasonable structure arrangement: The core adopts multi-step lap full oblique structure to reduce no-load loss and noise; the core supports the round rod, and the coil is made of cardboard tube to enhance the short-circuit resistance; the coil adopts a baffle to circulate the oil flow and reduce the temperature rise of the coil. The special shape sheet is used to raise the heat dissipation center of the sheet and reduce the temperature rise of the oil surface. All the internal insulation parts and metal structural parts are rounded to reduce the local discharge.
Advanced process measures: Automatic cutting of the core, high precision, small burrs, using no stacking iron reel process, the surface is coated with double H curing glue and binding; coil vertical winding, with CNC tensioning device; the body adopts the phase set technology, and the lead adopts the whole preassembly; the body adopts fully automatic control of coal-oil-gas phase drying process.

SSZ11-24000/220 transformer passed the national full set of type tests and burst short circuit test.
