The filter reactor is used in the low-voltage filter cabinet, and the filter capacitor is connected in series, tuned to a resonant frequency, which is used to absorb the harmonic current of the corresponding frequency in the power grid. There are a large number of harmonic sources such as rectifier, converter and frequency conversion devices in low-voltage power grid, which will seriously harm the safe operation of main transformer and other electrical equipment in the system. After the filter reactor is connected in series with the capacitor, it can not only absorb the harmonics of the power grid effectively, but also improve the power factor of the system, which plays a great role in the safe operation of the system.

Service Environment

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;

3. No harmful gases, inflammable and explosive materials around;
4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.

Main Features

1. The filter reactor is divided into three phase and single phase, both of which are core dry type.
2. The iron core is made of high-quality and low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. The core column is divided into uniform segments by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plate and bonded by special adhesive to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation.
3. The coil is wound with H or C class enamelled flat copper wire, arranged tightly and evenly.
4. After the coil and core of the reactor are assembled into one, the process of pre-drying → vacuum dipping → hot drying curing is adopted. The H-grade impregnating paint is used to make the coil and core of the reactor firmly combined together.
5. The clamp and fasteners of the reactor are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and a good filtering effect.
6. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the leading terminals are tinned copper tube terminals.
