Product Description

Amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformer is a kind of iron core made of amorphous alloy material, has the characteristics of low loss, high energy efficiency. This kind of transformer uses amorphous alloy material as the core, compared with the traditional transformer using silicon steel as the core, the no-load loss is reduced by 70-80%, significantly reduces the energy consumption. In addition, amorphous alloy transformers are designed to reduce noise and improve insulation performance. special shock and noise absorbing materials and vacuum oiling process are used to ensure stability and durability of the product .

Product Features

1. Low loss: The transformer core is made of amorphous alloy strip coil, and the no-load loss is about 60% lower than that of the S11 transformer.
2. Anti-short circuit: Copper foil coil is used in transformer low voltage to enhance the transformer's ability to withstand short circuit.
3. Optimize power supply quality: The transformer connection group number uses Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.
4. Maintenance-free: The tank adopts a fully sealed structure, extending the service life and maintenance free.
5. Good insulation performance: The transformer adopts vacuum oiling, which can completely eliminate bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.
