Non-encapsulated dry transformer is an advanced transformer, which adopts dry winding and oil-immersed core technology, mainly composed of high voltage winding, low voltage winding, iron core and shell.
The high voltage and low voltage windings of non-encapsulated dry transformer are dry insulation structure, which can not only improve the insulation strength, but also prevent insulation aging. The iron core is an oil-immersed design, which reduces the power consumption of the transformer, and has lower noise and more stable operation. The shell of the non-encapsulated dry transformer is made of special metal materials and has the characteristics of fire, moisture and corrosion protection.
The non-encapsulated dry transformer converts the high voltage of the transmission line to the low voltage through the electromagnetic induction between the high voltage winding and the low voltage winding to supply the end user. In addition, the transformer core can also effectively reduce the loss of current, thereby reducing power consumption and operating costs.
Class H insulation: Dry type transformer insulation heat resistance grade F, H, C, etc. The product uses DuPont NOMEX paper as the main insulation material, its insulation level has reached H level, the key parts of the grade has reached C level.
Safety: All the insulating materials of the product are non-combustion-supporting, self-extinguishing, non-toxic, and almost no toxic smoke is produced when it is burned for a long time at 800 ° C.
