LW3-12 Primary and secondary integration column circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is a three-phase AC rated voltage 12kV, frequency 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used to break and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current of the power system. It is suitable for the protection and control of substations, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural power grids, especially for the places with frequent operation and the automatic distribution network of urban power grids. The switch structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, and all the tests meet the requirements of primary and secondary fusion of the State network; The unified parameter protection CT, zero sequence CT and zero sequence voltage sensor has the characteristics of wide measuring range, high measuring accuracy and high reliability, and complete analog quantity is convenient to accurately determine various line faults.

Main Features

1. The main box shell of the circuit breaker is made of 3m stainless steel plate, which is a fully sealed structure, and the protection grade is IP67. The annual leakage rate of SF6 gas shall not be greater than 0.5%.
2. The shell is provided with an obvious opening and closing position indicator that is easily observed on the ground. The indicator is reliably connected with the operating mechanism and the indicating action is reliable. The surface of the shell is raised, and it will not store water for a long time.
3. Use a rust-proof ground screw with a diameter of 12mm. The ground point is marked with a ground symbol.
4. The shell is equipped with a handling handle to avoid pulling out the wire casing. The hoisting ring can keep the switchgear in suspension level, and there is no friction contact between the hoisting chain and any part, so as to avoid scratching the spray layer on the surface of the box during the hoisting process.
