Product Description

 

Ground insulator is used to connect the pole and the overhead ground wire of the transmission line. It is characterized by low insulation strength electrodes, small disk diameter and creepage distance, and electrodes with air gaps (divided into overhanging type and tensioning type). Ground line insulator and overhead ground line work together to protect transmission lines from lightning.
Standards: IEC, GB, BS, ANSI, AS or as per requirement of customers.

Service Environment

1. Temperature range : porcelain insulators are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature is between -5ºC and +40ºC.
2. Altitude  :The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m.
3. Voltage class : suitable for power systems with nominal voltage higher than 1000V.
4. Environmental conditions : suitable for common areas and medium and heavy pollution areas .
