Composite horizontal post insulator is a kind of insulation equipment used in power system, mainly used in urban power grid reconstruction and high voltage transmission lines. It can effectively use the narrow corridor area of the city to boost the power supply, reduce the height of the tower, thus saving a lot of financial and material resources. Composite horizontal post insulators have high bending strength, can prevent the porcelain cross arm is prone to cascade fracture accidents, and has good pollution resistance, porcelain cross arm can not be replaced .

Service Environment

1. Temperature range : porcelain insulators are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature is between -40ºC and +40ºC.
2. Altitude  :The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m.
3. Voltage class : suitable for power systems with nominal voltage higher than 1000V.
4. Environmental conditions : suitable for common areas and medium and heavy pollution areas .
5. Frequency: No more than 100Hz.
