2. Mature internal fuse technology.
2.1 After the test, the internal fuse can isolate the faulty component within a voltage of 0.5√2UN ~ 2.6√2UN and a time of 0.2ms, and the energy released at the fault point is not more than 0.3kJ, and the remaining intact components are not affected.
2.2 Advanced hidden internal fuse structure, using oil gap arc extinguishing, reduce the possibility of capacitor case bursting.
2.3 Internal fuse protection and relay protection have perfect coordination standards to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire device.
3. Liquid medium: 100% benzyl toluene (M/DBT) is used, which has excellent low temperature performance and partial discharge performance.
4. The main insulation adopts composite insulation structure, which ensures excellent electrical performance and has certain mechanical strength, ensuring that the ground insulation of the capacitor complete set is 100% reliable without protection.
5. Good sealing performance: annual leakage rate is less than 0.1%, through automatic argon arc welding, vacuum leakage test, hot aging and other measures to ensure the sealing performance of the capacitor.
6. Partial discharge level: the extinguishing voltage is not less than 1.5Un, and each capacitor is tested for partial discharge during factory test.
