High voltage wall bushing (hereinafter referred to as bushing) is suitable for rated voltage (10~35)KV, frequency (15~60)Hz three-phase AC system power station and substation distribution device, for conductive part through the partition, wall or other ground, insulation support and external wire (bus) fixed connection.
1) Indoor bushing
The ambient temperature is not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -40ºC;
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
The average monthly relative humidity is less than 90%
The surrounding air should be free from corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor and other obvious pollution;
No frequent violent vibration.
2) Outdoor bushing
The ambient temperature is not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -40ºC;
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
Wind speed is not more than 34m/s;
The air pollution degree of the use environment of the product is divided into I, II, II, IV and other 4 levels according to GB/T5582;
No frequent violent vibration
Wall porcelain bushing is used for power station and substation distribution devices and high voltage electrical appliances, providing wire through the ground partition, wall or electrical equipment housing, supporting the conductive part to insulate it to the ground or housing.
Wall porcelain bushing can be divided into indoor and outdoor wall porcelain bushing according to its use environment. According to the conductor through the center of the different can be divided into busbar through the wall porcelain bushing, copper conductor through the wall porcelain bushing and aluminum conductor through the wall porcelain bushing.
When the copper conductor is directly connected to the bus bar, it is easy to produce electrochemical corrosion, and the temperature rise of the contact surface is too high to cause the joint to burn out, affecting the service life of the equipment, so the copper-aluminum transition joint should be used, but it will bring trouble to the site construction. The use of aluminum conductor porcelain bushing can solve the above problems.
Indoor and outdoor wall porcelain bushings are assembled by porcelain parts, conductive rods, metal accessories at both ends and mounting flanges. Busbar through the wall porcelain bushing is composed of porcelain parts, metal accessories at both ends, busbar splints and mounting flanges (busbar splints are usually equipped by the user according to the size of the busbar).
