7. The operate voltage of long time over-voltage: not more continuous operating voltage.
The over-voltage protector should be tested before use after operation each year as following testing items:
1. Test of DC U1mA voltage
CD voltage is applied to A-D,B-D,C-D,A-C,B-C and A-B terminals respectively. After the current stabilized to 1mA,record the voltage value. If the voltage value is large than specified value,the protector qualified. Recommend that test one time each year.
2. Dc leakage current
DC 75% U1mA voltage is applied to A-D,B-D,C-D,A-B,A-C and B-C terminals respectively. After voltage becomes stabilization, record the current value. If the current value is not large than 50μA,the protector is qualified. This test should be done before use. Recommend that test one time each year.
3. When doing the voltage-withstand test,the electric equipment protected by the over- voltage protector should be disconnected.
4. When dismounting the over- voltage protector,can not carry the leads of the over-voltage protector by hand.
