Product Description
The cast bus duct conductor is made of copper or aluminum bars, and the outer surface of the three-phase conductor is cast with composite insulation material. The composite insulation material is made of epoxy resin, quartz sand and other inert inorganic mineral materials according to specific formulas and process requirements. It is cast as a whole and has excellent electrical insulation, mechanical properties and good heat dissipation performance. It is also waterproof, fireproof, explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant.
Cast bus duct can be used in various harsh and high-clean environments, and is widely used in shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, substations, petrochemicals, steel metallurgy, mechanical electronics and large buildings.
Conduct Material
Copper bar: T2 electrolytic copper is rolled into high purity TMY electrical hard copper bar as a conductor, the purity of the copper bar is up to 99.95% or more, and the internal element distribution state and other impurities content meet the high purity and excellent copper standard. The whole length of the conductive copper bar is tinned.
Aluminum bar: The 6063F aluminum bar is used as the conductor, and the surface of the aluminum bar is first plated with 8um copper and then 3um tin.

Main Features
1. Waterproof, fireproof and anti-corrosion
The fully insulated cast bus conductor is cast as a whole with composite insulation material, and the inter-section connection is cast on site. After the bus is installed, the system protection level can reach IP68, which can be used in harsh environments such as outdoor high humidity and cable trenches.
2. Fireproof
The composite insulation material is not easy to burn and has self-extinguishing properties. It can withstand high temperatures above 950 degrees and fire resistance for 180 minutes. It can be used in places with high fire safety.
3. Anti-corrosion
It has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkali substances or grease and liquids, and is anti-fungal. It can operate safely for a long time in highly polluted and highly corrosive environments.
4. Explosion-proof
It can be used in dangerous places with high explosion-proof requirements such as dangerous gases and high dust.
5. High overall mechanical strength and good anti-collision performance
The cured composite insulation material has high mechanical strength, wear resistance and impact resistance, and the product anti-collision level is as high as IK10.
6. Small size, easy to arrange and install
The fully insulated cast busbar has a compact structure, and its volume is only 17% of the traditional air-insulated busbar. It occupies a small space and is easy to arrange on site. The busbar has been made into corresponding straight sections, turning sections, T-sections and pan heads according to the specific project layout requirements before leaving the factory, which is convenient for on-site installation.
7. Good heat dissipation, aging resistance, and crack resistance
The composite insulation material is made of a variety of inert inorganic minerals and a small amount of special epoxy resin excellent formula and special process vacuum mixing and casting, with high thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation; the composite insulation material formula design ensures that the thermal expansion coefficient of the insulation material is consistent with the conductor, effectively preventing the insulator from cracking; the composite insulation material is aging-resistant and can meet safe operation.
