Product Description

JDZX10-10 voltage transformer adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting fully enclosed structure, suitable for rated frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 10kV power system and switch cabinet, electric energy measuring cabinet, for voltage, electric energy measurement.
This type of voltage transformer is a completely closed structure, the iron core is wound by high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet, and after strict heat treatment process, the transformer has good pollution resistance and moisture performance, and is also suitable for tropical areas. The transformer is small in size and light in weight, suitable for installation in any position and any direction, and the wiring guard is installed at the secondary outlet terminal. The front and two sides of the shield each have a hole for secondary wiring, safe and reliable. Therefore, secondary wiring can be drawn in all three directions, and the protective cover has the function of preventing electric theft.

 Insulation requirement:
1. The full wave withstand voltage (peak) of primary winding lightning impulse (internal and external insulation) is 75kV, and the lightning impulse cut-off withstand voltage (peak) is 85kV.
2. The withstand voltage of the end of the primary winding to the secondary winding and the ground frequency is 3kV, 1min.
3. The frequency doubling induction withstand voltage of the primary winding is 30kV, 40S.
4. When the partial discharge level is 33.6kV (square mean root value) and the measured voltage is 14.4kV, the apparent discharge quantity is not more than 20pC respectively.

Service Environment

1. Installation site: indoor.
2. Ambient temperature: maximum 40ºC. Minimum -5ºC. The average daily temperature is 30ºC.
3. Altitude: no more than 1000m above sea level.
