Product Description

Our transformers' design and development technology is based on a large number of solid model tests, self-developed transformer leakage flux, short-circuit mechanical force, load loss and other design and calculation software, to comprehensively optimize the electrical performance of the transformer, to provide users with the lowest life operating cost of product solutions. The three dimensional finite element analysis software is used to analyze the transformer core, coil and clamp to improve the mechanical strength, short-circuit resistance and noise reduction.

As a new technology of energy-saving distribution equipment, the energy saving effect of amorphous alloy core distribution transformer is mainly due to the use of a new type of iron-based amorphous alloy material with excellent soft magnetic properties. It is mainly applicable to the distribution industry such as rural power grid and urban power grid, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, airports, industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, oil platforms, subways and tunnels and other important places with special fire protection requirements, and can also be composed of box-type substation with switchgear.

Product Features

1. Small no-load loss (more than 70% no-load loss reduced compared to the current S11 type distribution transformer), high efficiency, low noise, obvious energy-saving effect.
2. Compact structure, small size, light weight.
3. The core is a coil core structure, three phases five columns, three phases three columns, and the section is rectangular.
4. The coil is rectangular, and the high pressure is wound with acetal enamelled wire; the low voltage is wound by wire or foil to improve the  transformer's ability to withstand short circuit.
5. The transformer wiring mode is wide and flexible, and has strong ability to adapt to the power grid.
6. The transformer adopts full vacuum oiling, which can completely eliminate bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.
7. The transformer oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure, and the corrugated sheet is used as the cooling element to meet the volume expansion and compression of the transformer oil, the transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere, to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the insulation moisture, enhance the reliability of operation, and the normal operation is maintenance-free.

Production Process

1. Amorphous alloy material has no crystalline structure and is a type of metal processed using special rapid quenching technology. It exhibits low magnetization power, good heat resistance, and soft magnetic properties. Transformers made with this material are a new type of energy-saving transformer, reducing no-load losses by over 70% compared to current S11 distribution transformers.
