Product Description
The filter capacitor is composed of a core, a shell, a porcelain sheath for the wire outlet, etc. The box wall is soldered on both sides for installation, and one side is equipped with a ground bolt. The core of a capacitor consists of several components and insulating parts. In order to adapt to various voltages, the core consists of several small elements connected in parallel and then connected in series. The capacitor is equipped with discharge resistance inside, and the shell is formed and welded by stainless steel plate.
Usage:
The high-voltage filter capacitor is connected with other devices to form an AC filter, which is connected in parallel to the 50Hz or 60Hz high-voltage AC power system to provide a low impedance channel for one or more harmonic currents, reduce the harmonic level of the network, and improve the power factor of the system.

Properties

2. Mature internal fuse technology.

2.3 Internal fuse protection and relay protection have perfect coordination standards to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire device.
3. Liquid medium: 100% benzyl toluene (M/DBT) is used, which has excellent low temperature performance and partial discharge performance.
4. The main insulation adopts composite insulation structure, which ensures excellent electrical performance and has certain mechanical strength, ensuring that the ground insulation of the capacitor complete set is 100% reliable without protection.
5. Good sealing performance: annual leakage rate is less than 0.1%, through automatic argon arc welding, vacuum leakage test, hot aging and other measures to ensure the sealing performance of the capacitor.
6. Partial discharge level: the extinguishing voltage is not less than 1.5Un, and each capacitor is tested for partial discharge during factory test.
