Scope and Application The NDM5Z series DC plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is the latest cutting-edge product developed by our company. The product is suitable for DC circuit systems, with a rated working voltage of up to DC1500V and a rated working current of up to 1500A. Its rated insulation voltage is as high as DC1500V. The product is used in circuits to distribute electrical energy and has overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection functions (with undervoltage release), which can protect lines and power equipment from damage. Circuit breakers are divided into three types according to their rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity: L-type (standard type), M-type (higher breaking type), and H-type (high breaking type). This circuit breaker has a thermomagnetic adjustable function, and its structure adopts a rotating double break point structure (except for 1600). The product has the characteristics of small volume, high breaking capacity, short arcing, and anti vibration Efficient performance: The product adopts a rotating double breakpoint structure. The current limiting coefficient index is ≤ 0.1, and the current limiting effect is obvious. Module assembly: The thermal magnetic adjustable release has overload and short-circuit protection fault indication functions (when the short-circuit energy is large, overload and short-circuit protection faults may occur simultaneously), and can be interchanged with the modular intelligent release for safe and reliable installation. The operating mechanism is isolated from the main circuit of the circuit breaker, and the insulation performance of the handle ensures double insulation when the user operates the circuit breaker, further improving safety performance.
