35kv Distribution Class Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer 1000kVA

Dry-type transformer is a high-performance electrical equipment. It adopts advanced insulation technology, does not require oil immersion, and is safe and environmentally friendly. It is fireproof and explosion-proof, and its operation is stable and reliable. Compared with oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers are more adaptable to various environments and have lower maintenance costs. It is widely used in areas where it is particularly suitable for use in locations where fire protection is high, such as mines, oil fields, subways, power plants, schools, hospital, commercial centers, high-rise buildings and all within in the configuration system.
The glass fiber and other insulating materials for winding coils have self-extinguishing characteristics, which will not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.

Product Features

Low loss: It has excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.
Loss noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10-15dB lower than the current professional standard JB-T10088-2024 "6-220kV transformer sound level".
Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts the most advanced mixing method and vacuum film degassing technology, which makes the mixture mix uniformly and completely excludes the air bubbles in the mixture. The product only has vely low partial discharge. High and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and layer turn-to-turn impregnation. The casting body has a dense cured structure, flame retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the coefficient of expansion difference within the casting body is small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, the hardness of the cured material is high, in the internal and external surfaces of the epoxy resin encapsulation layer of the high-voltage and low-pressure coils, there is a prefabricated reinforcing material placed in the layer, which has the same dense structure as the reinforced concrete, and thus the mechanical strength is greater than that of the pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand the action of sudden short-circuit electric force without any demage.
