Product Description

This product is a three-phase line system single-phase use, simple structure, economy, easy to use. This product is a single-break vertical open structure, single-pole isolation switch pillar insulator is installed on the respective base frame, mainly by the base, pillar insulator, the main circuit part, self-locking device and so on.
The knife structure is used to cut off and close the circuit. Each phase of the knife is composed of two conductive blades, both sides of the blade are equipped with compression springs, adjusting the height of the spring can obtain the contact pressure required by the switch knife. When the switch is opened and closed, the insulated hook rod is used to operate the mechanism part, and the knife has a self-locking device.

Working Principle

When the isolation switch is switched on, it is operated with an insulating hook. The insulating hook hooks into the locking hook of the isolation switch, pulls the locking hook to the opening direction, unlocks the self-locking device and drives the connected conductive plate to rotate to realize the opening action. When closing, the insulating hook sticks against the locking hook of the isolation switch and drives the rotating shaft to rotate the connected conductive plate to the closing position. At this time, the self-locking device locks the isolation switch in the closing position.
This type of isolation switch can be installed on the pillar, wall, ceiling, cross frame or metal frame, can also be vertically installed, inclined installation, but the installation position should be so that when the contact knife is opened, it tends to the lower.
