Single-ear insulators usually have only one suspension point and are suitable for scenarios where a single point is required. This design makes one-ear insulators easier to install and maintain, but may not be as stable as two-ear insulators in some cases. Double-ear insulators have two suspension points, which are suitable for scenarios that require multi-point fixing to provide better stability and safety.
