Product Description

 

A pin insulator is a component used to support or suspend a wire and to form electrical insulation between the pole and the wire. Pin type ordinary ceramic insulator porcelain and cast steel are glued together with cement cement, and the surface of the porcelain is coated with a layer of glaze to improve the insulation performance of the insulator.
Standards: IEC, GB, BS, ANSI, AS or as per requirement of customers.

Service Environment

1. Temperature range : porcelain insulators are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature is between -40ºC and +40ºC.
2. Altitude  :The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m.
3. Voltage class : suitable for power systems with nominal voltage higher than 1000V.
4. Environmental conditions : suitable for common areas and medium and heavy pollution areas .
5. Frequency: No more than 100Hz.
