SCB15 Series Amorphous Alloy Transformers
       have the advantages of low no-load loss, no oil, self-extinguishing, moisture resistance, crack resistance, and maintenance-free operation. They can replace ordinary dry-type transformers in any application and are suitable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, oil platforms, maps, tunnels, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants. They are particularly suitable for installation in places with high fire protection requirements, such as flammable and explosive environments.

For products with a capacity of 200KVA and above, the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil, the high-voltage winding is made of 180°C high-strength enameled wire, and the epoxy resin casting structure is adopted, providing excellent moisture resistance and crack resistance. The iron core is made of amorphous alloy tape, with a rectangular cross-section and three-frame three-column structure.

Structural design utilizes three-dimensional finite element analysis software to analyze transformer cores, coils, and components, ensuring enhanced mechanical strength, short-circuit resistance, and reduced noise.

1.Amorphous alloy material has no crystalline structure and is a type of metal processed using special rapid quenching technology. It exhibits low magnetization power, good heat resistance, and soft magnetic properties. Transformers made with this material are a new type of energy-saving transformer, reducing no-load losses by over 70% compared to current S11 distribution transformers.
