Product Description
HXGN17-12 series box-type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring cabinet), is suitable for rated voltage 3.6-12kV, rated frequency 50Hz indoor AC high voltage equipment. It meets the national standard GB3906-91 AC Metal-enlcosed Switchgear for Rated Voltage of 3-35kV, KL404/T Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear Panel and the international Industry Committee IEC-298 A.C. metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear of rated voltage up to and including 72,5 kV (IEC 298:1990).
This product uses FN-10 (R) D/100-31.5 indoor AC high voltage load switch-fuse combination, FN-10D/630-20 indoor AC high voltage vacuum load switch, FN-10 (R) D/630 Indoor AC air load switch-fuse combination, FZN-vacuum load switch as the main switch, mainly used in three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial electrical equipment, as acceptance and distribution. It is also suitable for box-type substation.

Features:
1. Adopting fully assembled structure, lightweight and beautiful, it can be installed in any combination, convenient for unlimited expansion and extension.
2. It can be equipped with FN12-12 pressure-operated load switch and GIS as well as FZN25-12 vacuum load switch and GIS. Small volume, maintenance-free, three-phase linkage structure with obvious isolating distance.
3. Load switch and GIS can be installed flexibly, left and right side mounted, front mounted and inverted (FZN25 can not be inverted).
4. They can be operated manually and electrically, and can have remote control function.
5. It is equipped with perfect and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking device, which can fully realize the function of "five-preventions".
a.When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed and the front door cannot be opened;
b.When the load switch is tripped, the grounding switch can be closed, and the front door can be opened when the grounding switch is closed;
c.When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed and the front door panel can be opened:
d.When the grounding switch is tripped, the load switch can be tripped in and out and the front door panel cannot be opened;
e.When the cable is fed under the cable, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door panel so that it cannot be opened when there is power in the feeder, regardless of whether the load switch is in the closed or open position. (Except for emergency unlocking with special key).
6.The load switch adopts linkage protection insulated live door or transparent insulated cover to cover the electrified contacts and ensure personal safety.
7. Adopting front operation and maintenance and can be mounted against the wall.
8. The front door is equipped with an observation window, which can clearly observe the working condition of the components inside the cabinet.
Service Environment
1. The ambient temperature is not more than 40ºC and not less than -25ºC;
2. The altitude is not greater than 1000m.
3. Relative temperature daily average value is not greater than 95%, monthly average value is not greater than 90%.
4. Places without fire, explosion danger and violent vibration;

1. Main wiring scheme number, usage and single line system diagram, rated voltage, rated current, rated short-circuit breaking current/plan layout diagram of distribution room and arrangement and configuration diagram of switchgear cabinet;
2. Requirements for control, measurement and protection functions of the switchgear cabinet as well as requirements and schematic diagrams of other blocking and automatic devices;
3. The model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switchgear cabinet;
4. When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering.
