This series of combined feeder switch is applicable to underaround coal mine and the environment with explosive gas (methane mixture) in the surrounding medium. It is used as a multi-loop branch feeder switch in the three-phase power grid with AC 50Hz and voltage up to 1140V and the neutral point is not grounded. It also provides 127V or 220V lighting power supply, and protects the load and power supply line respectively. It can be configured in the mine monitoring and control system to realize automatic control of power supply equipment, recommended places for use of combined feed: substations, mobile substations, centralized distribution points, fully mechanized mining units and other places.

Main Features

Module Design:
The feeder unit adopts modular design, with built-in permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker, curent transformer, resistance and capacitance, main circuit circular quick-plug contact, control circuit quick plug and other main components, combined with the patented push device, and with precision rall guide plug, the module is highly interchangeable, easy to install and maintain.

Intelligent Protection:
The advanced microcomputer intelligent protector is adopted, which has mutiple protection and electric metering functions such as overload short circuit, leakage, selective leakage, undervoltage, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, gas locking, wind power locking, temperature protection, voltage monitoring of opening and closing circuit, vacuum tube leakage monitoring, etc.

Color Display:
The main switch and each branch feeder unit are equipped with full-Chinese LCD color display screen, dynamic startup screen, which can monitor and display the current circuit voltage, three-phase curent, fault type, parameter and time in real time, and have faut memory ang query function.
PLC control adopts PLC signal sampling and centralized control, with large-scale true-color display screen, and dynamic picture can be edited at will.lt can monitor and visually display the three-phase voltage, current,insulation resistance and other parameters of the main switch and each branch switch, as well as the operation and fault status of each circuit, to reaize double-screen and double-standby, and can realize complex logic proqramming, data acquisition, floating point calculation, process control, networking communication and other functions.

Four Remote Function:
The parameter setting can be set locally by pressing the button on the side of the main switch and each branch switch screen, or through the centralized control button on the side of the centralized control panel, or can be set remotely by RS-485 interface, or Ethernet optical fiber (optional) and communication with the upper computer of the monitoring system. The remote star and stop can realize the "four remote" function to achieve unattended substation.

Independent Septum:
The shell adopts a combined independent compartment design to save space. Each branch is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking electrical locking, module pushing and manual tripping devices. The maintenance and replacement of each branch wil not affect each other. It is not necessary to cut off the main switch or the superior switch power supply during maintenance.

Safety Module:
The external control circuit adopts intrinsically safe and safe module, which is more safe and reliable.
