There are several generators running side by side in the system, and their neutral points can be connected to the neutral point resistor and grounded through a single phase high voltage vacuum contactor.
The basic control principle of the generator neutral grounding switchgear can be realized according to the needs of customers at a certain time in the system only 1 generator neutral grounding through the resistor; Or multiple grounding units corresponding to the running state of the generator. Contactor control mode includes automatic and manual, configure the transfer switch to achieve switching, manual control by our company through the button or knob to achieve the contactor closed and disconnected, automatic mode requires the customer to provide generator outlet circuit breaker passive normally open contact signal; Under the automatic control mode, the switching of multiple contactors can be automatically controlled by the customer, or by our company. Our company adopts Siemens PLC programmable logic controller to realize the automatic control of multiple contactors, and can also use relay contact chain to realize the control of contactors.
The generator neutral point grounding switch cabinet is equipped with a resistance cabinet to ground the generator neutral point through a resistor. The generator neutral point grounding switch cabinet and the resistance cabinet are connected with a single-core cable, which is provided by the user. If the number of contactors is small, it can also be considered that the contactor and the resistor are installed in a cabinet.
Contactor selected JCZ type, rated current 250A, 400A, 630A different grades, the control power supply is usually DC220V.
Before installation, the foundation, grounding system, cable trench, inlet and outlet cables and protection pipes should be prepared. During installation, the relevant standards and regulations should be met. The insulation distance between the devices should meet the requirements of the corresponding voltage level, and the requirements of ventilation, heat dissipation, installation and maintenance of the devices should be considered.
Use a forklift truck to transport the device to the installation site, remove bolts securing the base, and carefully unpack the device to prevent damage to the shell, top or side sleeve (if any). When using a forklift truck, align the forklift truck with the Angle steel of the bottom shell to avoid damaging the base plate of the device.
This product can be installed on a special foundation or concrete platform, and placed horizontally. Secure the cabinet to the base with ground bolts through the bolt holes at the bottom of the cabinet. If the cabinet is installed on a concrete foundation, you are advised to use expansion bolts.
