Product Description
This device is applicable to the control and protection of power supply for 127V lighting and 127V flameproof electrical equipment in the environment with explosive gas in the coal mine. The 127V output of the device is controlled by AC vacuum contactor, which has the advantages of no flashover, long life, no noise, small size, etc. The protector adopts advanced microprocessors and high-precision data processing, with high protection accuracy and fast response speed, and can complete multiple protection functions such as short circuit, undervoltage, overvoltage leakage protection, leakage locking, high temperature protection, gas locking, wind power locking, etc. It is an inteligent multi-function underground lighting integrated protection device.

Main Features
Trolley Structure
The vacuum contactor is adopted and installed on the trolley mechanism with patented technology with reversing switch, current transformer, transformer and other components. The protector and control circuit components are installed on the front door control panel. The strong and weak circuits are seperated. The components and trolley are highly interchangeable, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Intelligent Protection:
The advanced microcomputer intelligent protector is adopted, which has mutiple protection and electric metering functions such as overload short circuit, leakage lockout, undervoltage, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, gas locking, wind power locking,etc.
Color Display:
Full-Chinese LCD color display screen, dynamic startup screen, which can monitor and display the current circuit voltage, three-phase curent, fault type, parameter and time in real time, and have faut memory ang query function.
Four Remote Function:
The parameter setting can be set locally by pressing the button on the side of the main switch and each branch switch screen, or through the centralized control button on the side of the centralized control panel, or can be set remotely by RS-485 interface, or Ethernet optical fiber (optional) and communication with the upper computer of the monitoring system. The remote star and stop can realize the "four remote" function to achieve unattended substation.
Quick-opening mechanism:
The shell adopts the patented screw door opening mechanism, and is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking, electrical locking, manual tripping and other devices.
