The equipment is mainly used in 6-35KV power system. The core component of the device is high-energy zinc oxide valve disc group (nonlinear resistance), which is composed by calculation and organic combination. It is connected between the neutral point of the system and the ground, which constitutes a new nonlinear resistance grounding method. This method makes full use of the excellent volt-ampere characteristics of nonlinear resistance, huge thermal capacity and fast response speed. We set its action value at the phase voltage level of the system, which can get a good effect in operation.

Product Features

1. During normal operation, the neutral voltage is very low, the nonlinear resistance is in a high resistance state, the current flowing through it is very small, basically in an open state, and the system is equivalent to no grounding. Therefore, the ungrounded power supply has the characteristics of high reliability and good safety.
2. If the system fails and causes high overvoltage, the neutral voltage will rise at the same time, and the nonlinear resistance will respond immediately and turn on, limiting the voltage within the set range, and the overvoltage of the system is also limited to less than 2 times. At this time, the system has the characteristics of low overvoltage level and high line selection accuracy of the effective grounding system, and is better than the ground mode with small resistance.
3. When the system resonates, the huge thermal capacity of the nonlinear resistance quickly absorbs the resonant energy. Because the overvoltage is limited to a low level, the characteristics of the transformer are in the linear region, showing a high inductive reactance state, so that the resonance disappears.
4. When single-phase arc grounding occurs in the system, the nonlinear resistance absorbs the grounding charge energy in time, and limits the recovery voltage of the arc path, so that it is not easy to reignite after the grounding current has passed zero, and the arc light is extinguished quickly, and its comprehensive performance is better than that of the arc suppression coil.
5. When permanent grounding occurs, the nonlinear resistor maintains the phase voltage level, and the current flowing through the resistor is small, which can maintain operation. The fault feeder can also be cut off in time delay or fast by line selection, which is suitable for different operation requirements.
6. The overvoltage level of the system grounded by nonlinear resistance is limited within the allowable range of insulation, the possibility of the insulation of the electrical equipment being impacted by high voltage is reduced, the probability of small faults causing major faults (such as single-phase grounding causing short circuit fault) is also greatly reduced, and the reliability and safety of the power supply are greatly improved.
7. The zinc oxide valve group of the device is paralleled by multiple nonlinear resistors, and the voltammetry characteristics of each channel are completely consistent. The design is calculated according to 300% capacity (even if the damage is more than 50%, it can still operate normally), and each way is string with special fuse to ensure the normal operation of the entire valve disc group.
8. The valve plate group adopts unique heat dissipation technology and full sealing process, which has good heat dissipation and moisture-proof effect, stable working performance and long service life.

3. Test the DC reference voltage and leakage current before the equipment is put into operation. The voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the factory value, and the leakage current shall not be greater than 50μA.
4. The normal operation of the device does not require maintenance, but check whether the fuse is in good condition after operation, and check the fault record. If the fuse is damaged by 30%, the device can still operate, but we must inform our company. The user shall not reinstall the fuse after it is damaged.
5. The equipment should be inspected once a year, the main content is to clean the dust, do voltage test, test the nonlinear resistance DC reference voltage and leakage current.
