Generator Control System (GCS) low-voltage draw-out switch cabinet is used in power distribution system of power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries.

In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, it works as low-voltage power distribution device with characteristics of three-phase, AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, rated operating voltage of 380V(400V),(660V), rated current of 4000A and below in the power supply system of distribution, motor centralized control, reactive power compensation.

Product Features

1. Improve the heat capacity of the adapter, significantly reduce the additional temperature rise due to the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head, spacer plate.
2. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, so that the failure of one unit does not affect the work of other units and the failure is limited to the minimum.
3. The flat arrangement of busbar makes good dynamic thermal stability of the device, and it can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current.
4. The number of circuits in a single cabinet of MCC cabinet is up to 22, which fully takes into account the needs of automated motor groups in the industries of large stand-alone capacity power generation and petrochemical systems, etc.
5. The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cable can go up and down. The current transformer is installed in the cable compartment, which makes installation and maintenance convenient.
6. The same power distribution system can be matched by current-limiting reactors to limit the short-circuit current, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and also partially reduce the short-circuit strength requirements for components.
7. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary plugs (1 unit and above for 32 pairs, 1/2 unit for 20 pairs), to meet the computer interface and automatic control loop on the number of contact requirements.
