Product Description

GCK low-voltage draw-out cabinet is composed of power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other electric power users. It's used for power conversion and distribution control in power distribution, motor control, lighting and other power distribution equipment with AC 50Hz, maximum working voltage up to 660V and maximum working current up to 3150A.

This series of products have high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, practical electrical program. It has strong generality, arbitrary combination of various program units, more circuits accommodated in one cabinet, saving floor space, beautiful appearance, high protection level, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance.

This product conforms to IEC 439 NEMAICS 2-322 standard, GB 7251-2005 National Standard for Low-voltage Switchgear and ZBK36001 Professional Standard for Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear.

Service Environment

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
2. Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40ºC, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35ºC, and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -50ºC.
3. Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, the relative humidity is not more than 50% when the temperature is +40ºC, and higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower, e.g. 90% when it is +20ºC.
4. There is no fire, explosion danger, serious filth, chemical corrosion and violent vibration of the place.
5. Inclination does not exceed 5%.
6. The product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25ºC--+55ºC, not exceeding +70ºC in a short period of time (within 24h).
7. If the above conditions of use can not be met, the user should be put forward to our company at the time of ordering, and negotiate to solve the problem.

Reminders:
1. When this product is installed, the horizontal line between cabinets should be connected firmly and reliably.
2. The door of this product has an interlocking function with the main switch, i.e., the door may be opened only in the case of power failure, the other sides of this product are screw sealing boards, which do not have an interlocking function with the main switch, so please be sure to disconnect the power supply when removing the side panels of this product for maintenance.
3. Non-professionals should not open the cabinet for maintenance and repair.
