It is SF6 gas insulated live tank structure. Primary winding is penetratingconducting rod structure, maximum short-time
withstand current can reach63kA/3s (in case ofprimary winding with series connection ).
The upper enelosure is processed by welded aluminum alloy, with metalbursting dise installed at the top. If spark discharge
happens inside, the burstingdisc will rapidly release pressure after internal pressure rises to 0.85Mpa, henceimprove the product safety and prevent the danger of explosion.
Secondary winding is cast in aluminum shield through organic materials, sosecondary circuit won't suffer electric shock
caused by insulation breakdown.The electrode structure of optimum design improves the distribution of internaland external electric field, achieving excellent insulating property.
Optimized designs for external insulation make inner and external electric fielddistribute evenly without discharge. Two
type insulators are offered for user.l. Composite insulator
2. High strength porcelain insulator
Density meter is mounted on the base which can show the transformer internalgas pressure (display value automatically
converted to internal gas pressureat 20 C) and density, when transformer internal pressure drops down to alarmlevel, gas should be replenished.
Sealing ring adopts special material for SF6 gas which is applicable to a areawith large temperature difference and harsh
environment, annual leakage rateis less than 0.5%.
All adopted insulation parts are environmental protection materials.
The base uses spray painting or hot galvanizing, which gives a high degree ofcorrosion resistance.
