Construction Instructions
1. The trench for laying pipelines should be as straight as possible according to the design requirements and construction operations. If the bottom of the trench is uneven, a layer of fine sand can be laid. Before burying the pipe, the hard objects in the trench should be removed to prevent the pipe from deforming. When burying the pipe, the porous pipe should be reserved 10-15CM in the manhole for cable threading. The pipe should be blocked with the sub-pipe exposed at the end of the manhole. It is strictly forbidden to mix mud and foreign matter into the pipe when burying the pipe.
2. Multi-hole plum blossom pipe pipeline connection Place the pipe-shaped positioning ribs upward, clean the outer wall of the end pipe, then insert the socket at one end of the direct pipe, and then pad a thick wooden board on the end surface, and knock the board with a hammer to make the pipe socket in place. At the socket at the other end of the direct pipe, insert another pipe into the direct pipe and socket it in place, and then extend it to the next manhole.
3. When installing and using it for the first time, you can lay the first section (the distance between two manholes) without backfilling the soil. Use the cable threader to test one or two holes. After successfully passing through, lay the lower section. This will make you feel more assured.
4. After the pipe is laid, it should be backfilled with fine sand or fine soil to the height of the pipe. The pipe should not be left suspended in the air, and then backfilled with other soil. It is forbidden to throw large stones or large dry soil blocks at the pipe.
5. When the pipeline passes through an area that is severely damaged by external forces, the connection hole should be covered with cement concrete to ensure its absolute safety.
