2. The switch cabinet is box-type fixed structure, and the cabinet body is welded by thin plate and Angle steel. The upper part of the switch cabinet is the main busbar room, and the top of the room is provided with a pressure release device; The upper part is the relay room, the small bus can be connected from the bottom of the room with a cable, the switch cabinet through the middle and lower parts, the bus room through the GN30 rotary isolation switch and the middle and lower parts to maintain electrical connection; The vacuum circuit breaker is installed in the middle, and the grounding switch or outlet side isolation switch is installed in the lower part. The current transformer, voltage transformer and lightning arrester are installed at the rear, and the primary cable is routed from the lower back of the cabinet. The bottom of the cabinet is arranged with a ground bus, which runs through the whole row of switchgear; The isolation switch and ground switch must be operated on the left of the front cabinet.
3. Switch cabinet adopts the corresponding mechanical locking device, the locking structure is simple, easy to operate, five reliable.
4. Only after the circuit breaker is indeed broken, can the handle be pulled from the "working" position to the right turn to the "breaking" blocking position, and the switching isolation switch is prevented from the load switching isolation switch.
5. When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolation are in the closing state, and the handle is in the "working position", the front cabinet door cannot be opened to prevent straying into the live interval.
6. When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolation switch are in the closing state, the handle cannot be turned to "maintenance." Or "break block. When the handle is in the "break and lock" position, it can only be separated from the upper and lower parts, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed, so as to avoid misopening the circuit breaker.
7. When the upper and lower isolation is not opened, the ground switch cannot be closed, and the handle cannot be removed. Switch the "break lock" position to the "repair" position to prevent the grounding wire from being hung with power.
Note: According to the different switching equipment scheme, some schemes do not have lower isolation, or use the lower isolation to ground switch, and its locking and five defenses can meet the requirement.
