1.It is SF6 gas insulated live tank structure. Primary winding is penetrating conducting rod structure, maximum short-time withstand current can reach 63kA/3s (in cas of primary winding with series connection).
2. The upper enclosure is processed by welded aluminum alloy, with
metal bursting disc installed at the top.If spark discharge happens inside, the bursting dise will rapidly release pressure after internal
pressure rises to 0.85Mpa,hence improve the product safety and prevent the danger of explosion.
3. Secondary winding is cast in aluminum shield through organic materials, so secondary circuit won't suffer electric shock caused by insulation breakdown. The electrode structure of optimum design improves the distribution of internal and external electric field,achieving excellent insulating property.
4. Optimized designs for external insulation make inner and external electric field distribute evenly without discharge.Two type insulators are offered for user.

5. Density meter is mounted on the base which can show the transformer internal gas pressure (display value automatically converted to internal gas pressure at 20 ºC) and density, when transformer internal pressure drops down to alarm level, gas should be replenished.
6. Sealing ring adopts special material for SF6 gas which is applicable to a area with large temperature difference and harsh environment,annual leakage rate is less than 0.5%.
7. All adopted insulation parts are environmental protection materials.
8. The base uses spray painting or hot galvanizing,which gives a high degree of corrosion resistance.
