ZN63(VS1)-12 solid sealed high voltage vacuum circuit breaker adopts solid insulation structure, the use of advanced epoxy solid sealing technology, for the first time the vacuum interruptor, the main circuit, insulation support and other organic combination into an integrated solid seal pole, successfully solved the problem of environmental tolerance of vacuum circuit breaker, the use of its application is more extensive. The integrated solid seal column adopts automatic flow patented ventilation technology, which cleverly solves the heat dissipation problem caused by the solid insulation structure.
The ZN63(VS1-12) solid type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is the first circuit breaker in China to realize the concept of maintenance-free. Its high-life vacuum interrupter and reliable permanent magnet operating mechanism ensure maintenance-free operating mechanism, electronic control part abandon the traditional auxiliary switch instead of photoelectric proximity switch, and adopt all electronic power supply and intelligent control unit to ensure maintenance-free electronic control part.
