Product Description

The complete set of 35kV isolation switch is composed of GW4-40.5(D)(W) type isolation switch body, CS11 or CS8-6D type manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be used with electric mechanism such as CJ6 type.
The 110KV complete set of isolation switch is composed of GW4-126(D)(W) type isolation switch body, CS14G manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be used with the CJ6 type electric mechanism. The isolation switch belongs to a double-column horizontal open-type isolation switch. It is made into a unipolar type, and when the three poles are used synchronously, the poles are connected with a connecting rod. Each single stage is composed of a base, pillar insulator, outlet seat and contact, and the two pillar insulation porcelain bottles are installed parallel to each other on the ground bearings at both ends of the base, and perpendicular to the base. The main electrical parts are respectively installed above the two pillar insulation porcelain bottles and rotate about 90° with the pillar insulation porcelain bottles.

Main Features

1. The isolation switch adopts the double-column center opening and contact turn-in structure, which has the ability to automatically clean the contact and improve the contact reliability;
2. The contacts are made of new materials with high strength, high conductivity and high elasticity. By clamping the contact with the elastic force of the contact finger itself, the vicious cycle of decreasing the clamping force of the contact, increasing the contact resistance and aggravating the hair heat caused by spring rust and heat annealing is avoided.
3. The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed according to the requirements of maintenance-free. The rotating seat is designed as a sealed structure, water vapor, dust, harmful gases can not enter, so that the bearing, lithium molybdenum disulfide lithium grease will always work in a good environment, the bearing will never rust, the grease can not be lost, never dry, so that the operating torque of the isolation switch will not increase after long-term operation. Stainless steel shaft pin and oil-free self-lubricating bearing matching structure;
