Product Description

 

PS post porcelain insulators are used for insulating and fixing wires in high voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines. The insulator has good chemical stability and thermal stability, is not easy to deteriorate and has good electrical and mechanical properties.
Standards: IEC, GB, BS, ANSI, AS or as per requirement of customers.

Service Environment

1. Temperature range : porcelain insulators are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature is between -40ºC and +40ºC.
2. Altitude  :The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m.
3. Voltage class : suitable for power systems with nominal voltage higher than 1000V.
4. Environmental conditions : suitable for common areas and medium and heavy pollution areas .
5. Frequency: No more than 100Hz.
