Product Description
This series of dual-power starter is applicable to the coal mine and the surrounding medium containing methane, coal dust and other explosive mixture gases. in the power supply line with AC 50Hz and voltage up to 1140V, it can control the start, stop and automatic switch of two dual-power dual-circuit equipment such as cyclones with rated current up to 4x120A, and can reverse during shutdown, and protect the motor and power supply line; automatic switching of dual power supplies, reaizing one for use and one for standby, ensures uninterrupted ventilation in the coal mine, and is the necessary ventilation and power supply equipment in the coal mine, especially in the high gas mine.

Main Features
One for Use and One for Standby
Buit-in dual-way movement, one for use and one for standby, adopts vacuum contactor respectively, and is installed on the patented cart mechanism with reversing switch, curent transformer, transformer and other components. The protector and control circuit components are installed on the front door control panel. The strong and weak circuits are separated, and the components or cart are highly interchangeable which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Four-way Protection:
The microcomputer intelligent protector dedicated for fan switch is adopted. Each circuit has multiple protection functions such as overload, short circuit,leakage lockout, undervoltage, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, gas lockout,wind power lockout,etc. The switching delay of the double circuit is adjustable, and the double power supply switches automatically.
LCD:
Full Chinese LCD color display, dynamic startup screen, real-time monitoring and display of voltage, three-phase current, fault type, parameter and time, and fault memory and query function.
Four Remote Functions:
The parameter setting can be set locally by pressing the button on the side of the main switch and each branch switch screen, or through the centralized control button on the side of the centralized control panel, or can be set remotely by RS-485 interface, or Ethernet optical fiber (optional) and communication with the upper computer of the monitoring system. The remote star and stop can realize the "four remote" function to achieve unattended substation.
Split Mechanism:
The shell adopts a patented screw door opening mechanism with a double-door design. The shell has two independent main chambers and junction boxes, one for use and one for standby. The use and maintenance do not affect each other, and both are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking, electrical locking, emergency stop and other devices.
Safety Module:
The control circuit adopts intrinsically safe and safe module.
