JDZXW-35 single-phase fully enclosed semi-insulated castable voltage transformer, 35KV indoor high voltage transformer (hereinafter referred to as high voltage transformer) is suitable for electric energy measurement, voltage monitoring and relay protection in power systems with rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and rated voltage of 35kV and below.

Insulation requirement:
1. The full-wave withstand voltage (peak) of primary winding lightning impulse (internal and external insulation) is 200kV, and the lightning impulse truncated withstand voltage (peak) is 230kV.
2. The withstand voltage of the end of the primary winding to the secondary winding and the ground frequency is 3kV,1min.
3. The frequency doubling induction withstand voltage of the primary winding is 80kV, 40S.
4. Partial discharge level: When the pre-applied voltage is 64kV (square mean root value) and the measured voltage is 48.6kV, the apparent discharge quantity is not more than 20pC respectively.
Service Environment

1. Installation place: indoor.
2. Ambient temperature: maximum 65ºC. Minimum -45ºC. The average daily temperature is 40ºC.
3. Altitude: No more than 1000m above sea level.
4. Atmospheric conditions: there are no dirty, corrosive and explosive media that seriously affect the insulation performance of the transformer in the atmosphere.
