Product Description

KYN28-12 armoured shifting AC metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, as receiving and distributing electric energy, and implementing control, monitoring and protection of the circuit. It can be used in single bus, single bus segment system or double bus system.

The switchgear conforms to IEC298 under Guide for test of AC solid-insulation enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1kV and up to and including 52kV, IEC694 under Common specification for high-voltage alternating-current switchgear and controlgear standards, GB3906 under A.C. metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltage of 3-35kV and DIA04 under Indoor AC high voltage switchgear panel, German DIN.VDE0670 under Rated voltage IkV above AC switchgear and other standards. And it has a perfect and reliable anti-misoperation function.

Service Environment

1. Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature 40ºC, minimum temperature -10ºC;
2. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%;
3. Altitude: 1000m and below;
4. Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees;

Product Features

The switchgear is designed according to armored metal enclosed switchgear under GB3906-2006. The structure of the switchgear is described in Figure 1: The switchgear is composed of two parts: a fixed cabinet and a withdrawable part (referred to as the handcart), and the shell of the cabinet and the partition board of each functional unit are connected by bolts. The protection level of the switchgear shell is IP4X, and the protection level of the circuit breaker room when the door is opened is IP2X. Switchgear can be equipped with vacuum circuit breaker handcart, can also be equipped with fixed load switch. It has aerial inlet (outlet) line, cable outlet and other functional schemes. The switchgear can be installed in a double cabinet arrangement, that is, installed in back-to-back or face to face double rows.
