Product Description
Fireproof high voltage shunt capacitor (hereinafter referred to as capacitor) is composed of components, insulation, discharge resistance, connecting parts, shell, outgoing porcelain sleeve, etc. The shell is formed by stainless steel plate and welded. There are hanging clamps welded on both sides of the box wall for installation and grounding bolts on both sides. The inner shell is filled with benzyl toluene insulating oil to make the capacitor have good electrical performance. Water-based fireproof medium is filled between the inner shell and the outer shell to make the capacitor fire-proof.
Fireproof high-voltage shunt capacitors are mainly used to compensate the reactive power of the power system, improve the load power factor, reduce the reactive power transmission of the line, improve the transmission capacity of the grid, reduce power loss, reduce energy loss and improve voltage quality and improve equipment utilization.

Product Parameters
The insulation between the capacitor terminal and the housing shall be able to withstand the test voltage shown in Table 1. The time of application frequency test voltage is 1min. Properties
1. Bushing: cold-pressed, anti-pollution type bushings, creepage distance is not less than 31mm/kV.
2. Liquid medium: 100% benzyl toluene (M/DBT) is used, which has excellent low temperature performance and partial discharge performance.
3. The main insulation adopts composite insulation structure, which ensures excellent electrical performance and has certain mechanical strength, ensuring that the ground insulation of the capacitor complete set is 100% reliable without protection.
4. Good sealing performance: annual leakage rate is less than 0.1%, through automatic argon arc welding, vacuum leakage test, hot aging and other measures to ensure the sealing performance of the capacitor.
5. Partial discharge level: the extinguishing voltage is not less than 1.5Un, and each capacitor is tested for partial discharge during factory test.
Service Environment
1. Indoor substations, underground substations and other substations with fire prevention requirements.
2. The elevation of the installation site does not exceed 2000m (please specify when ordering a place higher than 2000m).
3. Temperature category: -25/C.
4. There should be no severe mechanical vibration in the installation site, no corrosive gas, water vapor, no flammable gas, no conductive or explosive dust around.
5. The harmonic content of the installation site should meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and if there are special requirements, indicate it in the contract.
6. The switch should have no heavy breakdown.
